NN Faceless Publisher adalah alat internal NN Media Group untuk mengelola channel YouTube milik NN Media Group sendiri. Aplikasi ini memakai YouTube API Services. Data Google diproses sesuai Kebijakan Privasi Google, dan pengguna aplikasi terikat pada Ketentuan Layanan YouTube.

• Token OAuth (refresh token) dari akun Google yang menghubungkan channel. Disimpan terenkripsi di database dan tidak pernah ditampilkan.
• Info channel: ID channel, nama, handle, dan gambar profil.
• Metadata video: judul, deskripsi, tag, thumbnail, playlist, status unggahan, jadwal tayang, dan ID video yang diunggah lewat aplikasi.
• Statistik dan analitik: jumlah subscriber, video, penayangan, durasi tonton, dan retensi (akses baca saja).

Aplikasi tidak mengakses email, kontak, atau data Google lain di luar izin YouTube yang diminta.

Data dipakai hanya untuk menjalankan fungsi aplikasi: mengunggah dan menjadwalkan video, mengatur metadata, dan mengevaluasi performa channel milik operator. Data tidak dipakai untuk iklan, profil pengguna, atau pelatihan model AI.

Semua data disimpan di server milik NN Media Group sendiri (database PostgreSQL di server panel), dengan koneksi HTTPS. Token OAuth dienkripsi sebelum disimpan. Akses panel dibatasi untuk operator dengan password dan verifikasi dua langkah.

Data tidak dijual, disewakan, atau dibagikan kepada pihak ketiga. Data hanya dikirim ke Google lewat YouTube API Services untuk menjalankan fungsi aplikasi. Penggunaan dan pemindahan data yang diterima dari Google API mematuhi Google API Services User Data Policy, termasuk ketentuan Limited Use.

• Token OAuth disimpan sampai channel diputuskan dari panel atau akses dicabut, lalu langsung dihapus.
• Info channel dan metadata video disimpan selama channel dikelola lewat aplikasi.
• Statistik dan analitik diperbarui atau dihapus paling lambat 30 hari setelah diambil.
• Jika akses dicabut atau penghapusan diminta, semua data YouTube terkait channel itu dihapus paling lambat 7 hari.

Akses aplikasi bisa dicabut kapan saja di halaman izin akun Google: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Operator juga bisa memakai tombol "Putuskan YouTube" di panel, yang mencabut token di Google dan menghapusnya dari database.

Untuk meminta penghapusan data, kirim email ke skylight220500@gmail.com. Permintaan diproses paling lambat 7 hari.

Panel hanya memakai cookie sesi untuk login operator. Tidak ada cookie pelacak atau analitik pihak ketiga.

NN Faceless Publisher is an internal tool of NN Media Group for managing YouTube channels owned by NN Media Group itself. The app uses YouTube API Services. Google data is processed in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy, and users of this app are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

• OAuth tokens (refresh token) from the Google account that connects a channel. Stored encrypted in our database and never displayed.
• Channel information: channel ID, name, handle, and profile picture.
• Video metadata: title, description, tags, thumbnail, playlists, upload status, publish schedule, and IDs of videos uploaded through the app.
• Statistics and analytics: subscriber, video, and view counts, watch time, and retention (read-only access).

The app does not access email, contacts, or any other Google data beyond the requested YouTube permissions.

Data is used only to perform the app's functions: uploading and scheduling videos, managing metadata, and evaluating the performance of the operator's own channels. Data is not used for advertising, user profiling, or training AI models.

All data is stored on servers owned by NN Media Group (a PostgreSQL database on the panel server), over HTTPS. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. Panel access is restricted to operators with a password and two-step verification.

Data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Data is only sent to Google through YouTube API Services to perform the app's functions. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• OAuth tokens are kept until the channel is disconnected in the panel or access is revoked, then deleted immediately.
• Channel information and video metadata are kept while the channel is managed through the app.
• Statistics and analytics are refreshed or deleted no later than 30 days after retrieval.
• If access is revoked or deletion is requested, all YouTube data related to that channel is deleted within 7 days.

You can revoke the app's access at any time on your Google Account permissions page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Operators can also use the "Disconnect YouTube" button in the panel, which revokes the token at Google and deletes it from our database.

To request deletion of your data, email skylight220500@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 7 days.

The panel only uses a session cookie for operator sign-in. There are no tracking or third-party analytics cookies.
